  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book an appointment by reaching me in one of three ways, calling, emailing, or using the booking form here on my website.
  • How much does each session cost?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
  • How long does each session last?
    Each session lasts appoximately 50 minutes. Arriving on time helps you get the most out of your 50 minute session.
  • How many sessions will I need?

  • Do you take insurance?
    I do not take insurance, however, after each session there's an option to recieve a super bill that you can send to your insurance company for possible out-of-network benefits or reimbursement.
  • What is the benefit of not using insurance?
    By not going through insurance, we are given the flexibility of not being limited by the number of sessions or the specific type of theraputic work we do. It also gives you a say in whether or not you want a diagnosis added to your medical record. Insurance companies require a diagnosis in order to cover therapy sessions, and they usually only cover a specific type of therapy.
